Role Overview:
As a Production Manager at Picco Beverage Group (Triple High Seltzer), you will be the driving force behind Picco Beverage Group’s beverage production, raw good inventory, and quality assurance. This role is central to creating exceptional beverages, while working with our network of suppliers and contract-manufacturers. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to quality control.
As a Production Manager at Picco Beverage Group (Triple High Seltzer), you will be the driving force behind Picco Beverage Group’s beverage production, raw good inventory, and quality assurance. This role is central to creating exceptional beverages, while working with our network of suppliers and contract-manufacturers. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Leadership:
- Oversee the entire production process, from writing up pre-production batch sheets, raw material purchasing (ingredients, cans, cartons, trays) to being on the production floor overseeing batching, blending, filling, and cartoning.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure THC stability, minimize production loss rates, and maximize operational efficiency.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct sensory evaluations and chemical analyses to ensure product excellence.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols throughout the production lifecycle.
- Create a record-keeping process surrounding raw material test results
- Address and troubleshoot production challenges promptly.
- Work with our third-party lab partners
- Conduct QA studies on new products and line extensions
- Inventory Management:
- Manage storage procedures of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate raw good inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to source ingredients and prevent out-of-stocks.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives to optimize COGS.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Beverage Alcohol or Hemp Derived THC production experience
- Expertise in canning and bottling operations.
- Proven ability to scale production while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Passionate about being at the cutting edge of the beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Must be self-motivated, with a high level of energy and the ability to work independently.
- Must have a valid and un-suspended driver's license and access to a reliable automobile.
- Proficiency using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of background check upon acceptance of offer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to embrace technology to perform job functions.
- Proficiency using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience and location

Car Allowance: $300.00
Cell Phone & Internet Allowance: Up to $150.00 per month
