Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Golden Grove.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the beverage industry.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Represent Golden Grove at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Educate clients and consumers on the unique benefits of Golden Grove, highlighting our commitment to purity, quality, and exceptional taste.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand philosophy and product benefits.
- Manage and create all Golden Grove marketing needs to build brand awareness from ordering POCM to executing on Golden Grove's social media
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Kratom industry, consumers, and benefits.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- High level of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of beverage sales experience; experience with functional beverages or health and wellness products.
- Strong understanding of the beverage industry and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

Benefits & Compensation
Base Salary: $48,000 -$60,000 Based on Location and Experience
Annual Bonus: 25%
Monthly Commission: Volume Based Commission
Car Allowance: $750 per month
Cell Phone + Internet Allowance: Up to $150 per month
