Job Description
The Dallas-based TM will be responsible for distributor management and sales development in Texas.   This position will support our TX wholesaler as together we build our brand for 2023 and beyond.  Must reside in Dallas metro area.  This position will report to our Director of Sales.

Job Description 
  • Support distributor partners in achieving our shared plan for the year
  • Establish distribution, display, feature ad, retail promotion and space management against objectives 
  • Track identified metrics (sales, distribution, display, POS, etc.), providing timely performance reports
  • Excellent communication with Distributor Brand Managers, and the distributor team
  • Creates, presents and tracks sales incentives programs for wholesalers 
  • Schedules and presents at GSMs, and Trimester Business Reviews
  • Monthly meetings with key distributor personnel to discuss current performance and develop plans to reach our shared goals
  • Monitor inventory & sales volume goals for wholesalers within market
  • Utilizes industry data tools (VIP, Nielsens) to analyze and develop weekly and monthly sales strategy.
  • Manage prospects, acquire new business and grow points of distribution
  • Participate in the execution of events such as samplings and educational presentations
  • Drive elevated levels of execution for all brands in West Coast accounts
  • Account management (account visits, demos, on-premise samplings & events)
  • Ride-withs with wholesaler Reps
  • Crew Drive coordination

Job Requirements: 
  • College Degree
  • 3-8 years experience in Sales or Distributor Management in beer industry
  • Organized, self-disciplined, resourceful, detail oriented & sociable
  • Excellent written & verbal skills
  • Familiar with VIP, Nielsens, IRI, and other industry programs/platforms
  • Must have the ability to lift and move 35 lbs. cases of beer
  • Must live in defined territory
  •   Valid and clean driver’s license, registration & insurance as well as a reliable vehicle to travel to various markets
