This position is responsible for developing long-term strategic plans to promote business growth, including analyzing industry trends and identifying opportunities to optimize transformational growth and performance.

Essential Duties:
  • Identify new business opportunities including the development of comprehensive business growth strategies, aligned with business goals and objectives; analyze industry trends to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Research, monitor, and analyze relevant market trends/data/facts, develop methods for internal assessment and review; including competitive analysis, financial analysis and strategic fit
  • Develop high-impact presentations highlighting strategic findings and recommendations that are easy to understand and spur action and decision-making.
  • Support and lead M&A efforts including evaluation of the financial and strategic fit, prepare for bidding and negotiation, support of due diligence efforts
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in the development and execution of the deal; work cross-functionally to ensure cohesiveness in assessments and recommendations
  • Build and maintain external relationships as needed, including scanning the market, establishing target lists, summarizing key targets, and forming relationships with founders or other influential stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/ Experience/Skills:
  • Requires 8+ years of experience in Business, Finance or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferred.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in strategic business growth development, including corporate strategy, Investment banking, venture capital or related area.
  • Proven strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate strategies to all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and team development skills
  • Experience in collaboration and effective communication to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell's and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00
