Role Description
This is a full time, remote role. The first three months the individual will be hired on as a consultant to measure the right fit within the company.
Although the role is remote, this position will require full commitment and engagement. You'll be heavily involved in managing our projects and staying busy with various responsibilities. This is not a passive role.

Responsibilities
- Successfully build and manage programs for multiple brands: primarily in-store samplings.
- Source and train new brand ambassadors in markets where new staff is needed.
- Lead in-store demo programs: booking ambassadors, scheduling tasting with retailers, train and prepare ambassador team, monitor and adjust programs to reach sales goals.
- Lead client communication.
- Maintain close contact and lead ambassador team.
- Deliver A+ service to client teams.
- Achieve over goal results on program sales goals and measurable metrics.
- Oversee monthly results to prepare and present month end recaps to client teams.
- Lead ambassador team remotely through effective motivational leadership.
- Attend monthly trade shows to source and secure new business opportunities.
- Outreach to new client opportunities and upselling existing client base.
Qualifications
- Prior agency or brand side Field Marketing experience required
- Strong work ethic and drive to get to the next level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful consumer facing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the experiential marketing industry.
