The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards provides support and assist the Total Rewards team on multiple initiatives, activities and projects across Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, HR Controlling, Salary Planning, and international and domestic relocations.Job responsibilities

  • Participate and support People team and Total Rewards process design, review, and documentation.
  • Maintain process library. Assist with ongoing and existing program effectiveness assessments to identify
  • potential adjustments and efficiencies
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data for Compensation survey participation
  • Support HRIS data integrity and compliance by running audits and tracking changes across different
  • platforms on a regular basis
  • Participate in and support HRIS initiatives and projects
  • Support for HR reporting, analytics, and HR KPI tracking, including monthly Headcount report. Data audits
  • and preparation from annual cycles - ICR, OMR
  • Tracking and reporting of international and domestic moves. Updates to MH database. Vendor relationships
  • and invoicing
  • Coordinates maintenance of Total Rewards presence and resources in electronic/virtual platforms (e.g.
  • MyMHUSA intranet)
  • Support Employment Cost budget development, analysis and tracking
  • Tracking and organization of HR budget spend and month-end accrual submission
  • • Creation and maintenance of Total Rewards FAQ knowledge base for People team (Compensation, HRIS &
  • Mobility)
  • Track progress on Total Rewards strategies and initiatives implementation
  • Support data collection, preparation, launch, follow up and analysis of Employee Engagement surveys
Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field.

Professional Experience

3+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years of relevant HR or Finance experience

Practical/Technical Knowledge
  • Self-starter and passion for HR, specifically Total Rewards and HR Controlling specializations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of basic Accounting and Financial principles.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar employee
  • management software.
  • Experience with Power BI preferred.
