Overview
We're seeking an experienced Celonis Data Analyst to analyze and interpret data, driving business process improvements and informed decision-making through Celonis Process Mining
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
- Experience with data querying languages (SQL, etc.).
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Celonis dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and measure process performance.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay updated on Celonis product roadmap.
- Participate in innovation initiatives.

Data Analysis
- Extract and analyze data from various sources.
- Identify trends, patterns and correlations.
- Develop and maintain data models.
Reporting and Visualization
- Design and develop reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data visualization best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with data querying languages (SQL, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice To Have
- Certification in Celonis or data analysis.
- Experience with data science concepts.
- Knowledge of business process management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
