The Senior Manager, Strategy's focus is two-fold:(1) Support the development of business transformation ideas at MHUSA, focusing on new business ventures and revenue sources, and ensure MHUSA adapts to the changing landscape. This will include understanding industry and consumer shifts, anticipate trends and identifying innovative solutions to capture untapped opportunities.

(2) Support the Senior Director of Brand Integration manage new SKUs and launch new brands into MHUSA.

Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week in office.Job responsibilities

Strategic Planning
  • Support development of long-term growth opportunities across transformation areas (new business models, new channels, new revenue streams, etc), to ensure MHUSA continues to adapt to the evolving W&S industry
  • Identify and size new opportunities. Evaluate feasibility factors (technological, budget, human resources, and other needs). Based on assessment, build recommendation and plan on implementation.
  • Act as change agent, anticipating future trends, challenges and opportunities that are impacting the industry. Monitor other industries for potential innovative solutions that challenge the status quo and can be implemented at MHUSA


New Brand Integration
  • In partnership with Sr Director of Brand integration and brand teams, lead the management of new SKU launches for MH USA: ensure readiness and proper communication between transversal teams in the organization (brand, operations, finance)
  • Support the launch of new Maisons in the US market:
  • Participate to the creation of a US dedicated launch plan (launch packs/ KPIs/ Sales mechanics and sell seets)
  • Lead project integration with transversal teams (Sales, Ops, IT...) to ensure smooth and seamless communication and flow of information across a variety of tools and processes.

M&A
  • Create and maintain a list of potential M&A targets, to be updated quarterly.
  • Build and maintain an accurate overview of the competitive landscape (structural change/ strategic shifts, ...)
Profile

Education:
Undergraduate Degree required

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience required in analytics, strategy, business development, operations or related experience
  • Strong understanding of current and upcoming cultural trends in the US and how these will impact Moet Hennessy's business in the next 5 to 10 years
  • Progressive thought leadership on innovation- track record of taking calculated risks for the long-term benefit of the organization
  • Strong pulse on what's happening in the world and has a curiosity in understanding cultural shifts, emerging trends and consuming behavior
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think beyond current state and imagine a future that can be enabled through partners, ecosystems and investment
  • Strong business / commercial acumen with ability to target, analyze / measure companies, programs and sales performance
  • Ability to independently manage several projects in various stages and adhere to deadlines, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong storytelling skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and resonate with various audiences
