The Senior Director of Infrastructure, Technology & Operations is responsible for all infrastructure, related services, support, and security implementation across the Americas region. With a proven track record on Technology operations management covering systems infrastructure, applications, and compliance, this role provides leadership, guidance, and coordination in implementing standard methodologies across the Americas including the US, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Brazil, and Argentina.
This individual manages a team of Regional T&O experts (internal and external) and outsourced services covering key entities in America's, acts as the chief operator and service delivery manager of all T&O related managed services, including a regional service desk and ensures high levels of user satisfaction through technology experiences. This role reports to the Head of IS&T Americas Region and closely collaborates with and follows guidelines from global T&O leadership and the Head of Security & Compliance.Job responsibilities

- Implement a strong T&O discipline across the region in alignment with the Head of IS&T Americas Region, the Global CTO and the global CISO, acting as a key contact for cyber/crisis management in the region, in addition to the regional head of Security & Compliance.
- Closely collaborate with the global head of T&O and contribute, inform, influence, and supplement the global T&O vision and strategy. Provide all insights require to highlight their decision and influence the evolution of Service Offer to the T&O central team
- Define the regional T&O roadmap and own the execution with focus on business value, dependencies, and regional specificities.
- Organize discussions with other Regional Heads to constantly adapt and improve the Regional T&O services offerings and roadmap.
- Aligns teams and entities around the common T&O framework of MH. Promotes MH solutions in local entities. Contributes to the strategy and roadmap for infrastructure (including cloud), services (including data platforms) and security ensuring alignment with global T&O and Cybersecurity guidelines.
- Accountable for the uptime, operational efficiency, effectiveness, robustness, and costs of the IT services provided by the team, which include enterprise applications, computer and mobile devices, internet and network connectivity, IT support and helpdesk, information, and systems security (including disaster recovery).
- Manages a regional team of T&O experts (internal and external) and managed services covering entities in the region. This individual will have direct delivery responsibility on regional infrastructure, services, technical projects, and security.
- Leads all aspects of the Regional IT infrastructure, technology operations and security implementation, ensuring consistency, coherence, and quality of the services and systems across the region following guidelines by the central T&O team.
- Responsible for compliance of regional / local IT with applicable audit, regulatory and legal requirements, company policies and procedures, and standard practices as they relate to infrastructure or security.
- Acts as a Regional head of Technology Operations service manager and is responsible in collaboration with central T&O teams to design, develop and implements the IT infrastructure and services (data centers, compute, storage, communications, desktops) and full management of the regional IT service desk that provides support.
- Participates and provides thought leadership in global T&O committees (ex. Architecture)
- Responsible for maintaining excellent operational and security levels in all IT systems and supervising any possible threats to our network and data. Works closely with Global CISO Office and the Regional Head of Security and Compliance to implement Cybersoc requirements. Participates and contributes to the CISO community.
- Defines and supervises the objectives and means of the team. Sets and follows up the workload plan based on forecasts of changes in the number of FTEs and the skills of the team. Ensures team development. Manages communication within the team. Responsible for business continuity, leads the organization in the resumption of IT services in the event of serious disruption or disaster recovery.
- Participates in risk assessment and mitigation protocols to maintain and communicate enterprise information security policies and standards.
- Designs and monitors operational & performance dashboards. Analyzes and proposes solutions to continuously improve the productivity and services offered by the team. Ensures compliance with IS quality assurance and security procedures and methods.
- Supervises infrastructure and security budgets and expenditures ensuring compliance with budgetary procedures. Leads purchasing strategy for IT hardware and services. Develops a regional reporting to monitor spending within the budgets of each entity.
- Responsible for local vendor management including relationships, performance and SLA definition, incident critical issue, billing review and approval, and contract negotiations. Identifies and develops key partnerships. Accountable for service level agreements with third-party contractors/vendor.
