The Manager, On & Off Premise Account Lead - Las Vegas serves as the face of MH for the account, owns account relationships, and responsible for cultivating the relationship and delivering sales & visibility goals.Job responsibilities

Profile | Key Accountabilities

Account Management:
  • Sells in MH brands/products, selecting relevant activations/programs/tactics for each account
  • Finds opportunities for tailored programs, deeper brand education, and upsell, bringing in appropriate MH resources to sell in new marques and/or pull through existing product placements
  • Visits accounts to maintain relationship, monitors performance, and gathers updates
  • Builds a key account plan through longer term account partnerships & ongoing programming
  • Acts as consultant to on portfolio opportunities and growth via advice, education, programming, creative ideas, and analysis to accounts
  • Leads trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Maintains on-call communication to ensure expectations met in customer relationship
  • Works hand in hand with distributor sales reps for pricing and fulfillment support
  • Ensures account needs for programs and activations are met and implemented within MH brand guidelines
  • Informs the channel lead or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intel
  • Participation in Market/Maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor education

Relationship Management:
  • Collaborates with Channel Lead to translate channel strategy to accounts in-market
  • Partners with Field Trade Marketing & Experiential Development to implement programs/experiences in accounts
  • Partners with Distributor to manage order execution

Additional Information | Qualifications, Experience & Skills RequiredProfile

Education:

Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required.

Professional Experience

5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits

Practical/Technical Knowledge
  • Builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
  • Strong sales background
  • Self-starter and competitive attitude
  • Extensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geography
  • Ability to apply knowledge of key business issues to effective sales pitches & strategy-setting

  • Excellent analytical ability; effectively interprets & applies syndicated data insights

  • Number of 1:1 account engagement (visits + entertainment)
  • Execution of agreed-to account program calendar / consumer experiences
