The Key Account Manager, Latin America & Caribbean is a key contributor to the management and growth of strategic partnerships across Latin America & Caribbean airports. Reporting to the Key Account Director, the Key Account Manager is accountable for securing agreements with Regional Managers and Local Management and developing distribution and profitability for the Travel Retail Americas team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, optimizing Moet Hennessy in-store performance, ensuring retail excellence, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholder in duty-free Airport retail.

Office/Location: Hybrid in Miami Office 3x a week.Job responsibilities

SALES
  • Support the Key Account Director in annual commercial negotiations.
  • Drive commercial negotiations at Regional and Local level to maximize all business aspects (space & location, distribution, promotions and more).
  • Lead Business Review with regional and local customers.
  • Ensure pricing strategy accuracy and implementation in all airports.
  • Elevate MH's influence within airport authority networks.
  • Lead the Retail Operations manager/Sales Ambassadors team and ensure it has clear guidance on priorities and goals to achieve sell-out targets (stock, distribution, merchandizing).
  • Market Intelligence: gather and analyze market information related to the industry (market size, domestic RSP, distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking) and propose ideas that drive market share and sell-in.
  • Supervise implementation of yearly activation/promotion plan within respective sales channels leveraging all servicing and support
  • Make sure retailer staff is trained regularly/fully up to speed on brands specifics.


FINANCE
  • Accountable for Budget/LE1/LE2 performances
  • Achieve agreed profit targets in line with yearly commercial strategies.
  • Reporting: Mid-Month Forecast, R&O, Monthly report, D+1, customer performance.
  • Optimize FTT/A&P/T&E budgets. Monitor and control spending monthly.
  • Ensure commercial and marketing strategy is in line with budget targets to reach sales and profitability, levels requested by MH Global Travel Retail.


LOGISTIC / SUPPLY CHAIN
  • Supply planification including monthly reviews with the operations team.
  • Yearly shipment plan to agree with customers and organise periodical reviews to monitor AYL.
  • Payment/delivery: ensure proper service level.
  • Monitor Route to Market and information needed by operations team.
  • Responsible for building partnerships with the local operators supply teams.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred

Professional Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in sales at international level ideally within Wines and Spirits Market

Practical/Technical Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of key Latin America & Caribbean markets, and Travel Retail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
