Our Travel Retail Americas Region Marketing Team is responsible for developing our regional brand strategies, programs and visibility as well as developing and implementing our annual brand plans. We work closing with our Commercial Airport and Cruise Line teams including engagement with all our key accounts.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager - Travel Retail Americas, this extern role will be a key member of our team to ensure our strategies and plans are implemented with highest regards while committing to executional excellence. Marketing Projects
- Marketing Activations Airport Retail: Prepare customer presentations, update activation calendar/account, lead implementation in airports with identified agencies from design to installation and report, consolidate results, develop local tools, recommend optimizations for future programs. Work closely with the Airport Retail Commercial Team and the Training Manager.
- Marketing Programs: Support the team to develop and implement on-trade Cruise Line programs including customer presentations, lead implementation with identified agencies, consolidate results, develop local tools. Collaborate with the Cruise Line Commercial Team and the Training Manager.
- POSM: Run forecasts and stocks. Submit, track and fulfill team's requests. Estimated budget $300k.
Marketing Operations
- Consolidate presentations for GTR and team reports: monthly reports, standard processes, etc.
- Handle and improve organization of Marketing Team's on-line shared files.
- Assist Marketing Manager to update budget files and generate Pos. Track and code all payments.
- Collaborate closely with all current vendors to run all invoicing and payments, including setting up new vendors in MH system.
- Support the organization of monthly team meetings and contribute to demonstrating innovating ideas.
- Support Marketing Team during annual planning cycle to define and build activation calendars and marketing activities.
- Assist Training Manager to secure product and training materials as needed.
Developmental Plan
- Over the year our extern will gain valuable experience and exposure to Moet Hennessy brands and ways of working. They will develop their skills in working in the luxury channel with an international mind set.
- Opportunity to further develop their expertise in the Travel Retail Channels including Airports and Cruise Lines which includes on and off premise activations
- With our small team, the position allows the extern to be involved in multiple level of projects and exposure to all levels of management.
Experience
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business.
- 2 years of marketing experience with operational tasks. Versatile profile who can handle multiple and varied tasks on short timelines.
- Previous experience in W&S/ Luxury is a plus.
Practical/Technical Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal communications skills in an international context.
- High autonomy and organization skills.
- Professional maturity.
- Able to adapt to various work styles
- Great teammate and positive can-do demeanor
- Experience in agency management is a plus.
