Key Role-Responsibilities: Growing our brands in and around the Boston and S Shore MA retail markets.
· Drive Milestone KPI(s) within target account on & off premise universe around Boston
· Deliver depletion results that are at or exceed annual plan goals within target account universe
· Support broader Milestone brand development and state goal attainment thru: Wholesaler work withs, General Sales Meetings, & trainings
· Business reviews on performance vs goal
· Opportunity identification thru use of systems (types-sizes-customers)
· Support building consumer adoption and recall thru execution of events and promotions.
· Contribute and participate to program development and business review templates
Required Skills and Experiences:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
· Minimum 2yrs experience within Spirits industry, experience in Boston preferred.
· Microsoft Office baseline knowledge and openness/ability to learn new systems
· Ability to work nontraditional hours (nights-weekends)
· Fact based/ Feature and benefit selling
· Entrepreneurial mind set. (aka problem solver)
· Ability to work solo and thru others to deliver results
· Prior experience selling to multi outlet-concept operators preferred
· Valid driver’s license
