The Office Coordinator will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of the Chicago, Green St. office, that is part of the Mark Anthony Group of Companies. This high energy, proactive individual will enhance our workplace by ensuring that it is well organized and running smoothly and efficiently. They will also champion our culture by driving employee engagement as well as health and wellness. As a member of the wider People Ops team, this individual will collaborate on people initiatives on an as needed basis as well.

Accountabilities:
  • Oversee the office experience in accordance with budget allocations, quality standards, and overall guidance from leadership. In addition, liaise with property management regarding building issues, such as security, HVAC, recycling, and storage area.
  • Remain accessible, at the front desk, for employee office support, visitor management, and telephone inquiries.
  • Own various elements of Vitality (US Wellness Incentive Program) as well as lead the CCC and Site Safety Committee.
  • Support People Operations or Executive Assistants in any company-wide initiatives or special projects.

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
  • 1-2 Years of Administrative, Front Office, or Guest Experience is Preferred

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
