The Quality Systems Manager is a highly engaged advocate for systems development and continuous improvement. They will support development and oversight of our quality management systems. This role is responsible for the US management of our key quality systems, ensuring global alignment. This role will coach and develop the local QMS Administrators who support the daily manufacturing process.

Accountabilities:
- Manage systems development to support U.S. systems; developing in collaboration with Corporate & International Quality initiatives.
- Support end to end quality systems to streamline data input, actions and compliance related information
- Oversee network compliance for data integrity and security, assuring accurate workflow to maintain documentation.
- Manage team of QMS Admins, supporting US network.
- Provide direction & leadership improving the MAB Quality Systems.
- Create KPIs to ensure the QMS team is delivering the business needs.
- Responsible for implementation and management of LIMS for US business
- US Copacker support and transitional QMS management
- Team oversight for users experiencing issues within the quality systems. Diagnose problems and provide timely
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
- Quality - Quality Specifications, GMP, HACCP, Internal Quality, & Customer Service - On-Time, In-Spec, In Full
- Consumer Complaints, Cases on hold, Non-sellable cases
- Plant / MAB controllable non-conforming rate, Co-Packer Out of Specification
Own:
- Management of US QMS Admins
- US LIMS development and alignment with global initiatives

- Lead collaboration efforts between US and Global databases.
- Systems integration to improve data integrity & efficiency

- Systems changes that will create deviations from site to site

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- Bachelors degree in STEM preferred.
- 5-7 years in QMS role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and training skillset
- Manufacturing/Brewing knowledge
- Critical thinking, problem solving & decision-making skillset
- Organized, decisive, and logical in their approach
- Strong communication skills and develop strong relationships to successfully work cross-functional
