Accountabilities & Impact:
- Product Quality and Consistency
- Ensure each batch meets the brewery's sensory quality standards for flavor, aroma, and appearance.
- Sensory Panel Training and Management
- Develop, train, and manage a sensory panel to provide reliable sensory evaluations.
- Support for New Product development
- Assist in sensory evaluation and refinement during new product development, ensuring market-ready quality
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Fermentation Science or Food Science.
- 3+ years of quality assurance experience with at least 1 year experience in food/carbonated beverage/alcohol preferred.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends/holidays
