Job Description:
Reporting to the US Sales Director, East, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager will be responsible for development and expansion on strategic points of distribution and achieving their case sales goals. The Regional Manager will be part of a dedicated and passionate team, focused on sales, brand management and Distributor program management as it pertains to sales execution. He or She will be responsible for meeting all sales and sales management goals, making placements and tracking distributor initiatives with company key accounts, regional and national accounts as well as independent on premise and retail accounts. This person will work closely with our distributor partners. 

 
Key Responsibilities:
·         40% focus on Distributor Management and Team Engagement, 40% focus on Account Management, 20% focus on Brand Management 

Distributor Management / Team Engagement (40%):
·         Collaborate with the Leadership Team to deliver the common objectives of the organization utilizing KPI drivers
·         Foster the LBUSA Culture to promote teamwork, accountability, and a winning attitude at our Distributors
·         Share input and communicate learnings with Marketing Team to create effective programming
·         Facilitate Distributor Programming and team meetings to ensure LBUSA Brands are top of mind
·         Ensure wholesaler engagement including executing programming, sales, merchandising, brand education and market work-withs
·         Attend distributor meetings focused on program introduction and route to market plans, focus on all levels of distribution, market share and sales alignment
·         Review monthly performance with field level distributor management (Team Meetings).
·         Monitor brand inventory in multiple distributor warehouses across the region, to ensure proper stock levels using current trends
·         Maintain and monitor proper use of P.O.S. material
·         Oversee multiple budgets across the region by managing distributor pricing, charge backs, expenses, and sample budgets 
 
 
 
 
 
Account Management (40%):
·         He or She will have the aptitude to call on emerging regional chains; independent on-premise account development will be paramount to the success of the winning candidate
·         Report on a weekly and monthly basis on the (new) accounts visited, achievements and expenses Build, maintain and enhance an on and off premise key account list independently as well as in collaboration with the distributor and develop strong relationships with key buyers/owners and managers for the LBUSA brand portfolio
·         Manage assigned accounts in attaining sales, marketing, and profit objectives using VIP Karma
 
Brand Management (20%) across the region 
·         Manage own quantitative and qualitative data including annual sales objectives and monthly scorecard 
·         Identify market trends and create opportunities
·         Create, manage, and maintain brand pricing standards and distributor margins, utilizing LBUSA FOB structures, brand strategy, commercial budgets, and retail SRP guidelines
·         Manage distributor to LBUSA expectations to brand standards throughout the markets and region
 
Requirements:
·         Industry professional with 2-5 years of beverage sales, distributor management experience preferred, high end bar, restaurant, and cocktail knowledge a plus; must reside in MD, DE or DC. Baltimore area preferred.
·         A commercial sales talent with the ability to see opportunities and execute them
·         Strong current relationships with key accounts and key buyers
·         Ability to manage financial budgets with shared responsibility over these markets
·         Strong communication skills both verbally and written
·         Bachelor’s degree required
·         Travel required approximately 30% 
·         Must have valid driver's license
