Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic TikTok Creator to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing engaging and viral content for our CPG brand clients. As the TikTok Creator Intern at L.A. Vibrations, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing TikTok video content that resonates with our clients' brand identity and connects with their target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok trends, an eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to create content that drives brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and develop TikTok content strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Create and curate engaging TikTok content, including videos, challenges, and trends, that resonates with target audiences and follows best practices for virality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, algorithms, and features to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute content schedules, ensuring a consistent posting cadence and timely responses to trends and events.
  • Monitor TikTok analytics and track performance metrics to optimize content strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay informed about CPG industry trends and competitors' TikTok strategies to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Who You Are:
  • TikTok OBSESSED - you’re the person who always knows the latest trends!
  • Proven experience as a TikTok Creator or a similar role with a track record of creating viral content.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools and software, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute original content ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Public Relations) at a 4-year University
  • Strong passion for social media and content creation
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok
  • Experience with video and photo editing softwares such as Splice, CapCut etc.
  • Experience with Slack, Microsoft & Google softwares
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects at the same time 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to self-start and adjust quickly when needed
  • Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting
