Job Description
- Lead the sales efforts in the priority market of NYC
- Lead sales function volume forecasting process for NYC
- Collaborate in managing company, distributor, retailer inventories
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with national and local regulations
- Accountable for setting and managing sales operational expenses
- Assist in setting all key sales related KPIs. Track and report monthly
Experience & Skills
- Being able to operate in an autonomous fashion with minimal supervision when necessary
- Proactive and aggressive disposition, constantly looking for new business building opportunities
- Off-premise and on-premise experience and relationships is mandatory
- Excellent negotiation, written and interpersonal communication skills
Position Requirements
- History of leading growth of spirits brands with at least 5 years sales experience
- Must be based in NYC
Compensation
Up to $75k base, plus performance-based bonus
