SUMMARY
To assists the quality department in various tasks and provide real time information on the health and integrity of beer production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect daily samples of all fermentation tanks.
• Conducts analytical testing on a variety of samples throughout the beer making process.
• Record and interpret analytical test results.
• Perform media preparation for micro testing.
• Sample and enrich products for micro testing.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Maintain a product retention sample library.
• Sustain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform various duties for the Quality Department throughout the Brewery.
• Other duties may be assigned by leadership.

• Basic knowledge and experience in a lab environment is required (school lab time or work).
• Experience in food or sanitary industry preferred.
• Associates degree (science) is preferred.
• Available for work on weekends and nights as needed.
