The On-Premise Key Account Specialist is a merchandising representative for the Bacardi USA portfolio, responsible for executing and developing brand-building initiatives within a specified account universe.
Distribution of Bacardi's Brands within their entire portfolio, using a specified and targeting account universe.
Manage and strengthen lasting critical relationships within a designated list of on-premise New Jersey accounts through a consultative and influential approach.,
Learn and understand Pricing and POS Execution, and facilitate and run Spirits Events and Dinners, Budget management & KPI management.

- Secure Bacardi USA distribution standards within Key Account Universe of approx. 30- 50 key premise accts ·
- Schedule and execute BUSA promotional activity within Key Account Universe, securing continuous drink features and strategic brand promotions ·
- Secure placement of branded visibility POS, consistent with the current marketing plans of BUSA, throughout Key Account Universe, including menus, seasonal drink lists, barware, signage, and other branding opportunities ·
- Develop and communicate drink strategies as a tool to drive volume for the BUSA portfolio through Key Account Universe ·
- Maintain updated account profile and track progress against activities ·
- Track, report, and measure the efficiency & effectiveness of on-premise initiatives through the use of Diver and other tracking processes, goaled out by Bacardi USA ·
- Develop strong relationships with key account management, ownership, and sales reps to identify sales and marketing opportunities within Key Account Universe ·
- Manage details in executing all Bacardi USA on-premise account-specific activity, including management of promotional agencies (models, ice sculptures, etc.) and other on-premise special needs ·
- Act as a liaison between BUSA and the Trade, keeping BUSA informed on market activity, social and drink trends, and competitive activity ·
- Conduct regular wait staff training within Key Account Universe, educating staff on the BUSA portfolio ·
- Execute Bacardi USA's local sponsorship activity where it pertains to Key Account Universe ·
- Conduct regular market surveys, reporting findings back to BUSA
- Represent the company at industry trade shows
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid NJ driver's license and be insurable by the company's motor vehicle liability carrier.
- You must also be able to obtain an NJ State Solicitor's Permit.
