PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Grow Company Brand Sales  by driving sales within the Distributor and at Retail
 

COMPANY EXPECTATIONS:
We will work as a team to exceed category sales trends by educating/selling our customers on our award-winning line of Beverages.

 
KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
·        Engage Distributor Management - Execute Top-Down-Top Strategy: (Sell Top Mgmt./ Execute through Organization / Review results with Top Mgmt.)

o   Develop/Execute Market Plans by COT by brand to achieve sales goals.

o   Touchpoints - Work with Key Distributor COT Supervisors and Key Salespeople to ensure Company programs are properly executed by COT.

o   Develop and execute programs/incentives (for distributors), designed to increase distribution, visibility, and sales of Company brands.

o   Review results monthly with Brand Manager and COT Supervisors to ensure progress against company sales goals by brand. (Use Agenda).

o   Set-up Quarterly Reviews with Distributor Management 

o   Gain Commitment to Seasonal orders and “Fast Start” program / Track Weekly Depletions/Sell out on time

 
·        Engage Key Account Management:

o   Work with Key Account Team and Distributor Key Account Team to insure Company Key Account objectives and sales goals are met by brand.

o   Build, develop, and manage successful relationships with key Off-Premise (Top 50) and On-Premise (Top 20) accounts in designated territory through regular contact via direct visits, mailings, and e-mail communication.

 
·        Administration: 

o   Conduct regular administrative duties in a timely manner

§  Generate Bi-Weekly (verbal review), Monthly, and YTD (formal review) sales depletions for FXM review

§  Review Market Plans by COT, making adjustments where necessary

§  Review Key Account Activity by COT, including seasonal accounts/venues

§  Review Distributor Credits monthly

§  Maintain Distributor Touchpoint Communication
