Job Description

The Cold Drink Equipment Installer 2 is responsible for the preparation, delivery, returning and moving of Coca-Cola vending machines and coolers by performing the following duties.

What your day will look like:

  • Delivers, returns, and moves vending machines and coolers
  • General repair of machines, excluding refrigerant
  • Cleans equipment and machines
  • Completes general maintenance around cooler shop
  • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Valid chauffer's license required or the ability to obtainchauffer's licensewithin 90 days of hire and the obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • DOT Certification required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve to resolve any customer issues
  • Ability to work with all functional team members
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Repeated standing and walking
  • Frequent bending, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, use of hands/wrists by grasping, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., fine manipulation, lifting, carrying and vehicle operation
  • Frequent exposure to weather and loud noise
