Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and increase Carabuena’s market presence across Texas.
- Help build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Implement a structured, KPI-driven sales process to drive execution and accountability.
- Work closely with leadership to align on hiring, training, and performance strategy.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand distribution and increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key on-premise accounts.
Lead tastings, events, and brand activations to engage consumers and trade partners.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance to refine strategies.
- Manage sales budgets and provide accurate forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Report on sales performance and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience in the spirits industry, preferably in tequila or premium alcohol.
Strong network of relationships in Texas with distributors, retailers, and on-premise accounts.
- Experience building and managing teams with a focus on execution.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and key account development.
- Data-driven approach with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
