Compensation: Base annual salary (negotiable) with milestone & organization productivity bonus structure

Requirements:
1) Located in or willing to relocate to the Washington DC Metro area
2) Experience in the beverage alcohol industry in either a production, hospitality or sales role
3) US citizen
4) No criminal record
5) US Driver’s license and car
6) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

About Us: Butterfly Spirits is a woman-owned craft distillery founded in 2018; specializing in unique botanically focused products and RTDs. We are in the process of opening a new 6000 sqft production facility that will permit us to further develop our whiskey and liqueur programs with a focus on both local and regional expansion. We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking individual to join our team and lead our production facility.
Primary Duties (Production):
1) Perform & oversee all aspects of production
2) Perform & Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance
3) Manage par levels for all finished products
4) Order and maintain par levels for raw materials
5) Organize and lead production scheduling
6) Oversee tasting room and on-site sales
7) Interface with on-site customers and distribution partners
8) Collaborate with owner on federal/state/local reporting requirements
9) Collaborate with consulting master distiller on items 1-5 above
10) Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the product is ready and available for sale and delivery
Secondary Duties (Operations):
1) Service on & off-premise accounts as needed
2) Product delivery to MOCO ABS
3) Participate in marketing and PR efforts
4) Collaborate with sales and ownership on strategic matters
