Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with off-trade and mainly on-premise customers to increase product visibility
- Enhance product placement and optimize promotional displays in retail channels
- Plan and execute brand activations, tastings, and events to boost brand awareness
- Conduct market analysis and adjust sales strategies based on insights
- Lead educational sessions for trade partners and consumers
- Advocate for the wine and liquor portfolio, building brand loyalty
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business growth
- Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and sales efforts
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the wine or spirits industry
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Resides in the territory, with flexibility for travel, evenings, and weekends
- Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license
Compensation + Benefits:
- Salary: $100-130k ( based on experience)
- Bonuses: 20% bonus on reaching KPIs (interactions, cases sold, etc)
