Salary: $75,000 -$97,500 + bonus

Job Summary:

The Regional Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the local & regional go-to-market strategy customizing and augmenting national marketing plans to deliver profitable sales growth. This requires working closely with the brand team, sales department, internal cross-functional partners, and distributor teams to shape and execute marketing plans to achieve brand, distribution, and volume goals in their specified regions. In addition, the RFMM should be able to identify local marketing opportunities aligned with brand strategy, evaluate them for their potential impact, and, if appropriate, execute them.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small team of Field Marketing Specialists.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create and communicate region-specific plans for expanding the BeatBox portfolio.
  • Engage with retail accounts to drive volume sales, enhance distribution, and monitor pricing and shelf space management.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with key customers, addressing their needs to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement BeatBox sales strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage the regional field marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings to identify opportunities for maximizing joint efforts.
  • Organize and execute effective market blitzes in coordination with the BeatBox salesforce.
  • Monitor weekly performance, identify proactive opportunities to close gaps, and track KPIs, key launch metrics, and other defined items.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • There is a requirement to maintain a state sampling license to legally handle and pour alcohol at events.

Education/Experience
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in the beverage and/or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with or being a part of sales teams, with a solid understanding of developing and executing sales and promotion plans.
  • Preferably, experience within the alcohol industry.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel 25% or more.
  • Must reside in the Midwest region, preferably Chicago.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
