Cellar and Coffee Brewer – Los Angeles, CA
We are in Los Angeles and our company is looking for a cellar person to assist in the making of patented ready to serve espresso. We are looking for a motivated individual that wants to be part of the most thrilling espresso upgrade in over a decade. This is a fast-paced job with upward mobility.
Duties include:
- Assisting the brewer in making unbelievable batches of espresso
- Helping create more efficient ways of making, managing, and bottling the product.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the brewing process
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Ensuring the standardization of every brew process.
- Working with teams to ensure quality control.
- Helping with procedures and process
- Mon – Friday hours, occasional weekends if needed.
2+ years’ experience in the brewing industry or equivalent needed. Appreciation of high-quality coffee helpful. Applicants must have a can-do attitude and want to help a fast-growing company succeed.
