Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Premise Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Atomic Black at various on-premise accounts, primarily focused on Bars & Restaurants. You’ll build and nurture relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure that our brand stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

-Account Management:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts to maximize brand presence and sales.
- Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding Atomic Black’s presence, including new account acquisition and upselling within existing accounts.
- Brand Promotion: Organize and execute promotional events, tastings, and training sessions to enhance product visibility and educate staff about Atomic Black.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategies and drive business growth.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and support to accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in on-premise account management or sales, preferably within the beverage or alcohol industry.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and key players within it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
