Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New England On-Premise Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Atomic Black at various on-premise accounts, primarily focused on Bars & Restaurants. You’ll build and nurture relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure that our brand stands out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts to maximize brand presence and sales.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key on-premise national and regional accounts, including restaurant groups, hotels, bars, music venues, stadiums/arenas, convention centers, and entertainment properties.
- Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding Atomic Black’s presence, including new account acquisition and upselling within existing accounts.
- Menu Integration & Brand Exposure: Develop and implement menu placements, promotional features, events, and signature cocktails featuring Atomic Black
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategies and drive business growth.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and support to accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Programming: Plan and implement on-premise activations with sampling, tastings, and events to increase brand awareness
- Reporting: Track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of on-premise sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry, with a strong track record of success in key account management.
- Existing relationships with national and regional restaurant groups, hotels, bars, and/or entertainment venues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
