Aiko Brands is seeking an experienced and efficient Bookkeeper to be an integral part of our team.

 

You will be wildly successful in this role if you are: an outstanding bookkeeper with a mastery of accounting procedures and methods. Excited by numbers, problem-solving, and are happy perfecting repeat, detailed work.

Position Summary:
Pay bills using Bill.com
AR invoicing and collecting
Reconcile monthly financials, bank and credit accounts
Process payroll and broker commissions
Coordinate bank deposits
Preparing financial reports for monthly team review
Sales & use tax filing
Maintain compliance filings 
Use industry expertise to recommend process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency within our financial statement close process
Investigate accounting issues to develop methodology based upon accounting principles
Proficiently use QuickBooks

 

Requirements:
A can-do attitude is a must!
Two or more years accounting/ booking experience
Wine& Spirits industry experience preferred
String attention to detail
Above average computer skills
Elevated experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel
