Van Brunt Stillhouse is an urban farm distillery in Brooklyn, NY.

While we don’t actually drive the tractor, we source our raw grains directly from the farmers who grow them. We believe in using time-honored, traditional methods with a few modern innovations. We distill from scratch on site at our Brooklyn distillery, and age our spirits in real wood casks made in the time-honored tradition of coopers.

The Van Brunt Stillhouse brand is built upon the principles of integrity, creativity and pure hard work. Husband & wife team Daric Schlesselman & Sarah Ludington founded Van Brunt Stillhouse, driven by a love of craft. The Stillhouse has been producing farmhouse style whiskeys in the heart of modern day Brooklyn since 2012. We produce award-winning bourbon, rye, single malt, rum and our own unique American Whiskey.
