At Pietisserie we are focused on creating and selling innovative, delicious natural pies, having laid the groundwork to build a national brand that transforms America’s most classic dessert. Our founder, Jaynelle St. Jean, began her baking odyssey handing out slices through the window of her mother’s kitchen to residents of her San Francisco neighborhood.  Although she knew how to make just three pies at the time, in this beginning she uncovered a newfound calling: to create the future memory of pie. That spirit of generosity and spontaneity lives on in Pietisserie today.
