About Local Roots Kombucha

Local Roots Kombucha was founded in 2017 by cousins, Ryan White & Joe Carmichael, who shared a passion for health and wellness.

What began as a love for clean eating and cold pressed juicing, eventually turned into Ryan and Joe brewing kombucha at home, in their personal kitchens.  This process ultimately led to the birth of Local Roots.

Over the years, as Local Roots has rapidly evolved into what it is today, the same guiding principles are now behind the sudden demand for kombucha in its alcoholic form.  We take pride in the fact that our booch is always brewed in small batches, with as much love and attention as if it were being created at home in our personal kitchen.

At Local Roots we strive to always brew for the lowest sugar content possible, all while using only the finest of organic and cold pressed ingredients.  We set out with the simple goal of creating the most enjoyable flavors possible, in order to provide our customers with a better tasting alternative.
