Catskill Provisions is a craft spirits and artisanal food company established in 2010. Our 100% NY raw wildflower honey is the star ingredient and we produced our first bottle of NY Honey Rye Whiskey in 2014 which was made for us in NY State. The whiskey has a slight dash of honey added after distillation for amazing balance and is very well received in NY, NJ, and PA. We continue to supply some of NYC's best restaurants and cocktail bars with our honey, maple, and rye whiskey to this day.?After contract distilling our whiskey for four years, we have built and opened our own distillery and have additional spirits planned for the next two years. We believe in working within our community as much as we can. Our spirits are all grain-to-glass and made with NY State grains. our Long Eddy location is the first of two planned for the next two years. The second tasting room will be open to the public by August 2019 and located in Callicoon, NY. This will give our brand additional visibility and growth.?
