Who We Are
Brami is redefining Italian food for the modern pantry. As the fastest-growing pasta company in the U.S., we are on a mission to bring authentic, nutritious, and delicious Italian food to more people. We honor Italy’s rich culinary heritage while innovating for today’s consumers—our Italian Protein Pasta is crafted in Molise, Italy, using just two simple ingredients: premium durum wheat semolina and whole-milled lupini bean flour. We believe in food that tastes incredible and makes you feel great, proving that you don’t have to compromise tradition for nutrition.
Our Culture
At Brami, we strive for the Italian ideal of Sprezzatura—effortless mastery—while knowing we have to dig deep to do great things. We think strategically, but move fast, execute with precision, while knowing we have to be dynamic, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity. We are a team of passionate food lovers, brand builders, and problem solvers who believe in bringing joy to the table—literally. Whether we’re launching a new product or refining our marketing strategy, we approach challenges with curiosity, determination, and a strong sense of ownership.
Giving Back
We believe that good food should be accessible to everyone. Through partnerships with food banks and community organizations, Brami works to combat food insecurity and provide nutritious options for those in need. Sustainability is also at the heart of what we do—our lupini-based products promote regenerative agriculture, and we are committed to reducing food waste and packaging impact.
BRAMI Inc. History
Brami was born from a deep love of Italian food and a desire to bring its best traditions to modern American kitchens. Our founder, Aaron Gatti, a first-generation Italian American, grew up spending summers on his grandparents’ farmhouse in Umbria, where he developed a deep appreciation for simple, high-quality ingredients. After working in a Michelin-star restaurant in Italy, he set out to create a brand that would honor Italy’s culinary heritage while innovating for today’s health-conscious consumers. Brami started with snackable lupini beans and quickly expanded into pasta, disrupting the market with our protein-packed, Made-in-Italy pasta.
