Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Integrate with and develop great relationships with distributor's representatives, utilize tactical account targeting and marketing analytics: in-market responsibility for        delivering market goals and KPIs.
  • Visit an average of 40-50 accounts per week to present the vodka, build relationships, check inventory and point of sale materials.
  • Secure "indications of interest” to be routed directly to the distributor and to be confirmed as sales by their account reps.  
  • Conduct 2-4 tastings per week in off-premises accounts.
  • Work with on-premises accounts to develop cocktail menu items, promotions and brand awareness.
  • Represent BSV at all sponsored events in the area (charity and otherwise).
 
Please note that the above duties are not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The Brand Ambassador may be required to perform other related tasks and duties as needed to support the company’s objectives and operations.
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or marketing, preferably in the spirits industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distilled spirits, including production methods, tasting notes, and cocktail recipes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand promotional strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Out of State travel required about 25% of the time.
  • Must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and reside in the Raleigh, North Carolina Market.
  • Need to have your own form of transportation to visit accounts across the state.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.  
BSV does not pay for relocation costs.
