Conceived with dining in mind, Antipodes Water is bottled at source from New Zealand’s deepest, high quality artesian aquifer. Our water is enjoyed for its purity, naturally low minerality and silky texture. Antipodes refreshes the palate to make way for a truly memorable dining experience. 

Over the past ten years in the US, we’ve built an enviable network of premium hospitality customers alongside our distribution partners on both coasts. With the groundwork laid for growth in SoCal, we’re seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to drive our brand’s expansion in collaboration with our distributor teams. 

As our Brand Ambassador, you’ll use your established hospitality network (ideally in beverages) and strong business development skills to identify high-end restaurants, hotels, and venues that align with our positioning and strategy. You’ll be the key conduit feeding our distributors’ pipeline, supporting them in securing new accounts and, strengthening customer relationships through high quality training and brand experiences. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying premium opportunities: Seek out venues that fit the Antipodes brand and position our distributors for acquisition success.
  • Collaboration: Work with our distributor partners to build connections with decision makers to support their commercial engagement.
  • Fuelling growth: Act as a brand ambassador, providing leads, supporting pitches, and helping win doors in high-end hospitality.
  • Immersing and educating: Ensure customers and distributor partners are fully immersed in the Antipodes experience by providing brand education, training, comparative tastings and brand support. Hands on training in the trade is a key part of the role.
  • Brand Activation and Events: Assist in identifying brand and event opportunities in trade that will expand reach and elevate brand visibility
Required experience: 

  • An already established network within the high-end restaurant and hotel channel in Southern California (preferably in wine/beverage)
  • Experience in both promoting and selling premium brands in upscale hospitality environments
  • Business Development with expertise in assessing commercial arrangements to ensure ongoing economic sustainability for all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in delivering brand presentations and training for small to medium-sized groups.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
