WHAT WE NEED
 
We are looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with both Sales and Operations, playing a vital part in maintaining smooth logistics across our diverse brands. Working within a small and collaborative team, you'll leverage your communication, data analysis, and organizational skills to achieve operational targets and provide exceptional service to our customers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment & Delivery Management: Oversee customer orders, ensuring end-to-end order fulfillment through our ERP system. Manage processes including order accuracy, tracking, delivery confirmations, and error resolution.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with sales to provide best in class customer service to any customers who have order issues, revisions, or questions about open sales orders. Communicate directly with customers.  
  • Freight & Warehousing: Own outbound logistics, managing freight and warehousing costs while delivering on company financial objectives. 
  • Logistics Metrics: Track and optimize key performance indicators, such as in-full fulfillment, on-time delivery, and warehouse inventory accuracy.
  • ERP Project Management: Lead ERP-related improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness of logistics processes.
  • Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, inventory management, and support for customer orders, including month-end processes and sample shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Manage finished goods inventory levels and coordinate internal transfers between wholesale warehouses. Additionally, manage allocation process and communication with customers. 
  • Co-manufacturer Coordination: Ensure efficient transfer of finished goods from co-manufacturers to warehouses.
  • EDI Implementation: Assist with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline order management and reporting accuracy.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Additional Projects: Participate in other logistics and operational projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Netsuite, Microsoft Axapta) preferred.
  • Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Slides, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
