As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. This position involves engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our premium spirits through various sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the spirits industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote our products and services.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, closing sales, and expanding our customer base.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate the unique features and benefits to customers.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the spirits industry and passion for craft distilling is a plus.
