The Role
As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our expansion throughout Florida and Georgia. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated internal team, cultivate a robust distributor network, and propel Spirited Hive to new heights in these key markets. You must currently reside in the Metro-Atlanta area to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans, including revenue and volume goals, long-term growth strategies, go-to-market approaches, team incentives, and T&E budgeting.
- Distributor Growth Driver: Build and maintain strong relationships with our Florida and Georgia distributors, guiding their performance, execution of annual business plans, and providing ongoing support.
- Retail Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture relationships with key retail partners in both on-premise and off-premise channels, securing optimal visibility for Spirited Hive.
- Team Coach and Mentor: Support, coach, and develop our distributor sales teams in Florida and Georgia, driving success and professional growth.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze market insights from sources like IRI, Nielsen, and VIP to inform strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to create effective processes and programs that align with Spirited Hive's overall goals.
- Account Management: Call directly on a select number of high-visibility, complex retail accounts and chains to secure buy-in and maximize success.
- Travel: Engage with distributors, retail accounts, and our internal teams through frequent travel across Florida and Georgia.

- Proven Sales Leader: You possess a successful track record driving sales in the alcohol beverage industry in Florida and Georgia, managing complex distributor relationships, and growing brands in dynamic markets.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience
- Proficiency in Google applications, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with VIP is a MUST
- Must live in the Metro Atlanta area
