Job Description/Responsibilities:
This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system, Atlas Supply Planning (MPS) parameter administration, and Planning Parameter Management within our ERP using Informatica's Production Information Management (PIM) software. While expertise in Power BI is beneficial, the primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective data handling and parameter management to drive our supply chain operations.

  • Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of APS and Atlas parameters to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Use PDS to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position's outcomes.
  • Utilize Informatica's PIM software to manage and maintain planning parameters within our ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that planning parameters align with business objectives and operational needs. Ensure accurate and timely updates to planning parameters in the ERP system to reflect changes in supply chain dynamics.
  • Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Azure and Oracle databases. Ensure seamless data integration and synchronization between different systems. Participate in and lead process improvements that deliver cost savings in the global supply chain areas. Monitor data integrity across various supply chain software platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data. Conduct regular audits and validations to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Work closely with supply chain, finance, and IT departments to understand data needs and deliver analytical solutions. Provide training and support to team members on data tools and best practices. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights. Use Power BI to visualize complex data sets and support decision-making processes.
  • Utilize CDS system to identify training needs and design development curriculum, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • Provide world class customer service by ensuring globally produced finished good items are available for customer requested ship dates.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MUST
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience managing transactional processes like purchasing, sales, invoicing, and payments.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project and stakeholder management ability.
  • 2 years Supply Chain Experience

PREFERRED
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau
  • 2 years Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
