Job Description/Responsibilities:
Bio: The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Compliance Analysts in reviewing formulas and labels for US and Global Compliance. This includes filing formulas and labels with government agency and maintaining accurate lists of country compliant skus. This position must work closely with and New Brand Development coordinators, the marketing brand team and product development team. This position can be hybrid in Louisville, KY with 3 days per week in office and 2 days remote.

  • Submit formula approvals and COLA approvals to the TTB for US products.
  • Submit formula and label approves with global governmental agencies as necessary
  • Understand and apply labeling regulations and advertising and IP laws to ensure compliant product labels and packaging
  • Engage with regulators, as necessary, to address questions on label submissions
  • Maintain Global Buy Lists
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure products are compliant and marketing claims are substantiated.
  • Work with manager to identify skill development needs. Create and execute plan for improving at least one skill area each year.
  • Develop and maintain solid professional working relationships both inside and outside the company. Set a positive example and act in a manner consistent with company values.
  • Utilize CDS to determine training needs and identify curriculum, programs and content to prepare for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on the job learning opportunities. Work with manager to determine growth potential and outline a plan for possible long term career moves.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED
  • implementation or project management experience.
  • Requires Alcoholic Beverage Industry compliance experience
