At Sans Wine & Spirits, we specialize in importing and distributing premium brands that combine quality and value without the premium price.
 
To support the growth of our portfolio of brands we are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and personable On-Premise Territory Sales Representative for Orange County.
 
OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTATIONS:
 
Business Development
  • Identify and solicit new on-premise accounts for the Sans Wine & Spirits portfolio throughout the Orange County area
  • Create and maintain key relationships through regular account visits
  • Meet portfolio objectives and KPI’s through developing and executing strategies and tactics that will achieve new account wins and long-term growth
  • Identify key market trends and be the category expert within accounts and across the assigned geography
  • Implement effective strategies for on-shelf and cocktail menu placements
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with relevant distributor on-premise sales reps to drive account activation and growth
 
Account Development / Activation
  • Develop and execute account level activations including, but not limited to: Product launches, tastings, pairing dinners, sponsorships
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create localized tools to support account activation activity
  • Conduct staff product trainings on relevant categories and brands
  • Regular feedback of market opportunities and successes
 
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 4 years sales experience within on-premise accounts with either distributor or supplier
  • Proven track record of opening new on-premise accounts and driving long-term growth
  • Manage and stay within a budget provided by the company
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to work in a fast paced, continually evolving environment
  • Effective decision-making and problem solving-skills to maintain effective account relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills in all interactions including conflict resolution  
  • Existing relationships with on-premise accounts and/or distributor sales teams
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of state registration and insurance
 
Physical Demands
  • Placing cases of spirits in the trunk of the car – removing each case from the trunk of the car and delivering it to the customer using a hand truck – per case weight tolerance of up to 50 pounds.
  • Repetitive bending, kneeling, stooping, and occasional climbing required.
 
COMPENSATION:
  • Base salary - $80k
  • Un-capped commission structure against results
  • Existing account commissions paid after 3 months
