Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, brand, and field marketing teams to create and execute impactful programs.
  • Align initiatives with overall brand strategies and business objectives.

Market Analysis and Insights:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

Program Development and Management:
  • Design and implement innovative marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Manage the execution of programs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with sales, brand, and field marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and support.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance and market conditions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Team Oversight and Development:
  • Oversee the Key Account Specialist role.
  • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the alcohol/beverage industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
