Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and improving inventory processes. The role ensures the integrity and reliability of our product across all facilities, focusing on operational excellence and strategic inventory management to meet the operational needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain inventory policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct daily comprehensive inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits and critical spares management
- Collaborate with different departments to align inventory practices with business objectives
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the inventory and warehouse operations
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 2-5 years of inventory control experience
- Time management, as this position will need to handle multiple functions and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and should be self-motivated
