Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role with the implementation of QuickBooks Online and supporting the accounting team. This position requires a strong background in corporate accounting and technical accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Help with the implementation of QuickBooks Online
Reconcile transactions such as bank statements, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.
Organize, analyze, and maintain financial records
Handle projects assigned by Controller
Analyze and resolve complex accounting, reporting and process issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
5+ years’ experience in a Bookkeeper and/or Staffing Accountant role
5+ years’ experience working in QuickBooks online
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be able to work independently to complete daily tasks assigned in allotted time frame
