  • Creates performance trackers and conducts analysis that will provide insights into financial performance, trends, and financial health of both suppliers & customers.
  • Analyze supplier performance based on annual operating plan and prior year performance.
  • Identifies FOB discrepancies and/or inconsistencies and assists with needed corrections
  • Identifies performance gaps and prioritizes investment opportunities to accelerate growth based on financial analysis that maximizes ROI.
  • Supports pricing activities for the supplier, which may include but not limited to the entering of pricing into system(s), communicating with internal stakeholders, monitoring pricing to ensure compliance and identifying pricing discrepancies.
  • Develops spend trackers for marketing fund budgets, monitors spend and performs ROI analysis of key programs. 
  • Analyzes supplier incentives, monitors spend and ensures proper bill-back of supplier expenses.  
  • Builds effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.  
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another business-related field of study; or two or more years’ related experience in the wholesale beverage alcohol industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas), experience accessing data from multiple source systems, ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data, ability to build dashboards & reports and ability to create compelling presentations in Power Point.    
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to facilitate financial analysis, including trend analysis, budget allocations, growth projections, variance analysis, forecasting, profit flow-through, elasticity analysis, cash flow discounting, and ROI analysis.
