Summary
The Pricing Execution Lead is responsible for inputting pricing into RNDC’s ERP and pricing tools. This role ensures accurate and timely entry of product costing information, discounts, quantity requirements, and supplier price supports (depletion allowances, SPAs, etc.) to guarantee precise customer price quoting. Additionally, the Pricing Execution Lead reviews and approves price overrides and credit requests from sales teams, maintaining pricing integrity and supporting effective sales operations.
In this role, you will
  • Lead Pricing Changes: Execute and manage pricing updates for assigned markets.
  • Review Pricing Reports: Ensure daily pricing accuracy to minimize failed deliveries.
  • Oversee Fund Inputs: Manage proper entry and tracking of fund-related inputs.
  • Track COGS: Monitor and manage cost of goods sold, including freight, SPAs, and FOBs.
  • Approve Price Overrides: Review and authorize system-based price override requests.
  • Manage Discounts and Depletion Allowances: Ensure accurate entry of approved discounts and depletion allowances.
  • Handle Contracts and Hardcodes: Maintain accurate inputs for hardcodes, contracts, and CPA adjustments.
  • Resolve Item Discrepancies: Investigate and address issues with items not in the system, and generate relevant reports to recommend solutions.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • High school diploma with a one-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred, or 12 months of related experience/training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Alcohol Beverage Wholesaler experience preferred. Experience in Financial Analysis, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, or Purchasing is advantageous.
  • Execute and manage pricing updates, ensure daily pricing accuracy, and oversee fund inputs.
  • Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS), review price overrides, manage discounts and depletion allowances, handle contracts and hardcodes, and resolve item discrepancies.
