In this role, you will
- Lead and manage a team of Revenue Management Analysts.
- Develop and maintain pricing structures for assigned suppliers, adhering to RNDC's Net Revenue Management (NRM) standards.
- Conduct continuous pricing analytics to identify opportunities and risks using internal sales data, Vistaar reporting, syndicated data, and market surveys.
- Analyze and recap price promotion results (ROI Lift Analysis, Price Elasticity Analysis, Regression) and present findings to suppliers and RNDC teams.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Supplier Business Development, and Sales to implement pricing strategies that drive profit.
- Communicate supplier price changes and deal mix adjustments to FP&A for planning.
- Coordinate with the Price Execution Team to ensure timely communication of price changes for assigned suppliers.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations, providing coaching and career guidance to team members.
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in the wholesale beverage alcohol industry or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, macros), experience with Oracle Financials, and proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in MicroStrategy. Ability to write business reports and develop financial models for pricing and P&L assessments.
- Proficient in advanced financial analysis, including trend analysis, budget allocations, variance analysis, forecasting, ROI analysis, and other advanced mathematical concepts.
- Travel requirements could be up to 20%.
